PVC CHAPS, has a lace up waist band which can either be worn at the front or the back. select if you want a matching coloured pvc lace or a matching fabric lace to your outfit (this will be the patterns found in the matching pvc tops like zebra/cow/lava/pink animal abstract/ pretty psychedelic etc etc) you will get a lace for each fabric if brought with a reversible top.
