DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

ALL ITEMS ARE SIZE EXCHANGE ONLY. Time is valuable here and everything is handmade to order so items will be exchange only for other sizes of THE SAME ITEM. PLEASE ONLY ORDER ITEMS YOU WANT KEEP - we just could not keep up if people ordered (eg) 5 outfits to try on then only want to keep one so we ask that you make sure what you would like before ordering (if your unsure about sizing just slide in the DMS on instagram @thatsoyouclothing or email us hiyathatssoyou@gmail.com and we are more than happy to help!). if you do need to size exchange your item though that is absolutely fine. please note as a small business we can't cover return postage back to us and return postage is at the customers own expense, however, we will cover the cost to send out your new exchanged item to you. This also applys to parcels that are returned to the sender by no fault of our own postage cannot be refunded but the items will be.

HELL YHHHH, See a design? See a fabric? See a style? but we haven't got it quite right for YOU? Then dont hesitate to contact us telling us exactly what YOU want and we will whip you one straight up!!

Custom orders can not be exchanged.

WHAT IS THE TURN AROUND TIME FOR ITEMS BE MADE AND DELIVERED?

Please make sure you are entering your billing address correctly this is the address that is LINKED to your BANK CARD - not your SHIPPING ADDRESS like your nan's house cos she's always in, or your next door neighbour's or even if you are currently living in student accommodation, please put your billing address as your home address & your shipping address to your student accommodation if thats where you want it to go! Thank YOU xxxx


Due to fraud protection our payment provider will automatically block payments where billing addresses and bank cards do not correlate. A charge may temporarily appear on your bank statement/ online banking while a background check takes place but this charge should clear a few hours after attempting to place your order. SO DON'T PANIC GAL - any questions just get in touch.

Please plan for your events in advance to avoid disappointment! 

Allow up to 14  WORKING DAYS (this does not include Saturday, Sunday or bank holidays!) for UK delivery (this turnaround time does change depending on how busy we are) - we post first class signed for so once shipped usually arrives super quick - you will receive a tracking email once posted.

For REST OF WORLD is UK turnaround plus shipping time allow 5-10 days for this royal mail say 5-7 but I say have a couple of day le-way - all parcels are sent tracked and you will get an email once dispatched.

ONCE POSTED USE YOUR TRACKING NUMBER TO SEE THE PACKAGE WHERE ABOUTS. We use FIRST CLASS SIGNED FOR with UK orders and ROYAL MAIL as our courier.  Any parcels lost in transit will not be held responsible by us; THATS SO YOU but by ROYAL MAIL. Pease contact them for all claims (if this happens to you) however, we will provide proof of postage or any help  to also compensate the loss!
