DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

ALL ITEMS ARE EXCHANGE ONLY. Unfortunatley we have had SOOO many orders lately it's hard to keep up with! time is valuable here so items will be exchange only for other sizes of THE SAME ITEM. PLEASE ONLY ORDER STUFF YOU WANNA KEEP - we know it's tempting to order like 10 different outfits to try on but you will have to keep ALL of these. I repeat EACH ITEM IS HANDMADE AND TAKES VALUABLE TIME TO MANUFACTURE. ONLY ORDER ITEMS YOU WANT TO KEEP AND NOT MULTIPLE SIZES TO TRY ON (if your unsure about sizing just slide in the DMS and we are more than happy to help!).

Custom orders can not be exchanged.

WHAT IS THE TURN AROUND/ WAITING TIME FOR ITEMS TO BE MADE AND DELIVERED IF THEY AREN'T ALREADY MADE?

Please make sure you are entering your billing address correctly this is the address that is LINKED to your BANK CARD - not your SHIPPING ADDRESS like yer nans house cos shes always in or the next door neighbours or even if you are currently living in student accomodation, plz plz plzzzz put ur billing address as your home address & your shipping address to your student accommodation if thats where you want it to go! Thank YOU xxxx


Due to fraud protection our payment provider will automatically block payments where billing addresses and bank cards do not correlate. A charge may temporarily appear on your bank statement/ online banking while a background check takes place but this charge should clear a few hours after attempting to place your order. SO DON'T PANIC GAL - any questions just get in touch ok xxx

ORDER WAITING TIMES HAVE BEEN INCREASED. With festival season fast approaching we are VERY busy at the momement. NEXT DAY DELIVERY IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE so please plan for your events in advance to avoid dissapointment!!!! 

Allow 10-12 WORKING DAYS (this does not include saturday, sunday or bank holidays!) for UK delivery - we post first class signed for so once shipped usually arrives super quick - you will recieve a tracking email once posted.

For REST OF WORLD shipping allow 10-16 WORKING DAYS - all parcels are sent tracked and you will get an email once dispatched.

POLITE NOTICE: WORKING  DAYS - does not include weekends!!!! please figure out your expected delivery date accurately before emailing "I ordered 10 days ago and it's still not here" as we get this alot and people have counted the day they ordered on and all weekend days. FOR EXAMPLE: order placed on Thursday 9th May  2019 would arrive on Thursday 23rd May 2019 and NOT Saturday 18th May 2019 - this is super important to realise - THANK YOU xxxx

ONCE POSTED USE YOUR TRACKING NUMBER TO SEE THE PACKAGE WHERE ABOUTS. We use FIRST CLASS SIGNED FOR with UK orders and ROYAL MAIL as our courier. Any parcels lost in transit will not be held responsable by us; THATS SO YOU but by ROYAL MAIL. Pease contact them for all claims (if god forbid this happens to you) however we will provide proof of postage or any help  to also compensate the loss! :(
